Nicola Worrow has known the Group Finance Director, Paul Lancaster since 2015 when he first relocated to Sheffield and she helped him secure a role at SIG plc. We ran an advertising campaign, but Nicola’s network was the vital tool in producing the shortlist – all four candidates came from her network and eclipsed those responding to her advert. All four candidates were not registered anywhere else and were not actively looking for another job.

All four candidates impressed at interview but one stood out above the rest – a perfect fit for Paul and Galaxy.
