Dale started his career in recruitment by chance; having applied for a trainee accountancy role in Leeds following graduation.
The role was being handled by a recruitment business who felt Dale should consider a career in recruitment after discussing his experience and what motivated him. After consideration, he applied to one of the largest recruitment firms to maximise the training resources available to give him and give him the best possible start; he hasn’t looked back since.
Throughout his career, he has recruited for businesses across the whole of Yorkshire as well as parts of Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. Dale spent a long time specialising in transactional and non-qualified accountancy roles before moving into an interim-focused role within the qualified finance market.
