How do I register with Pratap Partnership?
Before registering as a candidate, we could advise you to send your CV directly to one of the consultants, to info@pratappartnership.com or apply directly to one of our jobs on the jobs page. Once we receive your CV, we will assess your skills and experience and if we believe we can help, you will be invited in to meet with a consultant and register as a candidate. Please note we receive a large volume of CVs and unfortunately are unable to come back to all candidates.
Why should I register with Pratap Partnership?
We are no ordinary recruitment team. We are 15 experienced individuals with collective experience of over 250 years within recruitment; this results in us having access to a wide network of clients and jobs. We invest time in getting to know you, so you can trust us to find the right opportunities for you. Whether this is your first job search or you have lots of experience, we can always offer advice to sharpen your application and grow your confidence.
Will my CV ever be sent to a client without my knowledge?
No this will NEVER happen. We will never send your details until we have spoken to you about the company and the opportunity and have your permission to do so.

Our extensive network has been built up over these years through recruiting, referrals, social media advertising and the latest recruitment CRM system; all of which are strategies we continue to utilise today to attract candidates.
