How Pratap Referrals work
Many of the candidates we place into roles, we have known for many years and have built up strong relationships with them. We cannot however just rely on those people we know for our clients, and it is important we continue to build our network - referrals are always highly valuable to us.
Our contacts don’t expect anything in return for referring their friends, family and colleagues to us, but we want to be able to give something back to say thank you.

Terms & Conditions: Pratap Partnership will pay at least £100 for each successful referral. That person should be a personal contact of yours and agreeable to your recommendation. The candidate must not already be known to or registered with Pratap Partnership and must be eligible to work in the UK. They should mention your referral at the point of initial registration with Pratap Partnership. The candidate must be placed by Pratap partnership within 12 months of that registration and must stay in the new role for at least 12 weeks from the start date (upon which the vouchers will be paid immediately). The reward applies only to the first placement and not to any subsequent placements of that candidate by Pratap Partnership. Pratap Partnership reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of this scheme at any time without notice. These conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
