Elise Walsh
Elise is a founding Partner at Pratap Partnership and helped to set up the business in April 2019.
Elise’s areas of specialism include senior management and executive level search across a range of sectors and disciplines.
Elise also has a lot of experience of working with many of the region’s leading professional practice firms
- Trained for three years in corporate tax at an international accounting practice before beginning her career in recruitment.
- Having worked in the recruitment market for over 18 years, Elise can leverage off her longstanding network and local expertise.
- Elise leads on executive search campaigns at an executive and senior management level across a range of sectors
- Elise is a graduate in Business Finance from the University of Durham.

Family
Elise lives in Ossett with her husband and 2 young sons, George and Oliver.
House Building
After finding the perfect plot of land in the perfect location, and due to being married to an architect, Elise decided to build her own house and manage the project herself. Despite it all being rather stressful at the time, she claims it was definitely the right decision, resulting in her now owning her dream home.
Exercise
Elise was proud to complete the Great North Run for Breast Cancer Care alongside fellow Partner, Gillian McBride and still runs regularly to keep fit.
Working in recruitment for 18+ years
Elise has been working in recruitment for 18years specialising in the professional practice in the early part of her career alongside a focus more recently on the executive search market across a range of sectors.
Regarded as an expert in her field, her network has naturally evolved throughout her career due to the fact she has followed many candidates through from being newly qualified, to being directors and partners within the region’s leading firms.
