Lucy began her career at a multinational agency with an excellent training & development programme.

Lucy then specialised in professional support recruitment in South Yorkshire, recruiting both temporary and permanent positions in a previous recruitment business before joining our business in 2022:

• Recruitment Director in our People Network non-finance recruitment team
• Spent time in a Strategic Recruitment Support role managing our marketing, compliance, bids & tenders, database improvement projects, and supporting our Executive Finance recruitment campaigns, as well as providing the team with resourcing assistance.
• Since using her knowledge and skills of the fast pace of a recruitment agency in a variety of ways to support the whole team and enabling us to focus on positive results for clients and candidates, we are pleased to have Lucy back in a recruitment role liaising with clients and candidates across South Yorkshire.
• Over 17 years’ experience in the recruitment sector.
