Victoria joined Pratap in 2026, focusing on non-executive appointments as part of the Pratap Executive team.

Victoria's area of specialism is non-executive appointments and wider strategic board composition, selection and development advice, particularly working with founders, management teams and PE and VC investors.

Victoria is an experienced executive recruiter and in-house Talent Manager.

• Victoria spent the first half of her career in executive search, with strong grounding and experience in multiple sectors across PE & VC businesses, privately owned companies and mid-cap listed organisations.
• After over ten years in executive search Victoria became an in-house Senior talent strategy manager for BGF and Mercia Ventures, delivering value for investors via their portfolio leadership teams across a range of sectors through senior appointments, recruitment support and strategic board development.
• Throughout her career she has bult an exceptional network of prospective candidates, advisors, industry & deal specialists, partners and peers.
• Victoria prides herself on building trusted partner relationships with clients through her listening and observation skills.  Her approach is focused on challenging hiring plans by taking leadership teams back to core issues and finding appropriate solutions.
