In a few weeks’ time, we will be celebrating our third birthday. During this time, our team has grown from five to the team of fourteen that we will be when our latest new consultant starts on Monday 21st February.

Our team is made up of some of the most successful performers in their markets over many years. Our culture and our own way of recruiting have created a strong team that is “greater than the sum of the parts”. It was inevitable that we would soon reach a point where we needed to add management strength to ensure that these standards were maintained and improved.

A great team needs a great manager and in Amanda O’Neill, we have one of the very best. She has managed a number of teams during our time at Hays, including the Yorkshire Senior Finance team when Nik Pratap was the Regional Director.
