Founded in 2002 they are the most widely recognised and celebrated awards in the industry. The prestigious awards recognise best practice and celebrate the great work and achievements of in-house, agency and RPO teams and individuals. Achievements in recruitment marketing and technology are also spotlighted.
Applications for categories are judged on four key main criteria: quality of service, innovation, profitability and financial stability and will recognise organisations who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships.
We are so proud to have been shortlisted for this award and would like to congratulate all the other teams and individuals on the list. Of those shortlisted in the Best New Agency category, Pratap Partnership are one of only two agencies based in the North, the only Yorkshire based agency and the only agency that specialises in Accountancy and Finance.
Our love of what we do has been the catalyst for our growth strategy. It has enabled us to exceed all expectations and to recruit four of our former colleagues to grow the team. All of this, despite a global pandemic and the greatest economic downturn in ten years. It has been a truly remarkable year for us, and this recognition is the icing on the cake!
“We were very confident that we were building a successful business when we launched less that two years ago. Receiving this recognition has made a huge impact to everyone in our team this week and given us a big spring in our step. We will all be in London for the awards in September. Regardless of whether we win, we will bring our own big Yorkshire celebration to the Grosvenor House Hotel!” Nik Pratap, Managing Partner.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 23rd September in London at the JK Marriot Grosvenor House and we are all very much looking forward to being a part of it.

Part 3 of our articles focuses on the thoughts of some of our regions best private sector finance leaders, to understand what's creating the increased demand for strong technical accountants within the Yorkshire region.
Lyndsey is a Director at Brown Butler Chartered Accountants and a really close friend of our partners.
