Jess Lister
Jess oversees the operations within Pratap Partnership whilst simultaneously providing PA support to Nik Pratap. Prior to this role, Jess was an accomplished PA with experience across multiple sectors both in the UK and internationally, offering strategic input into business operations at all levels.
In addition, Jess has five years’ experience within recruitment and HR positions, therefore understanding the fast-paced and complex needs of a recruitment business. The combination of this experience lends itself to simultaneously providing business support to Nik, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Pratap Partnership, and assisting the business achieve its future strategic deliverables.
- PA to Nik Pratap and Operations Manager for Pratap Partnership.
- Responsible for HR at Pratap Partnership - CIPD Level 5 Human Resource Management qualified.
- An experienced PA with an international CV, supporting Directors and their businesses.
- Jess ensures the smooth running of the Pratap Partnership office by overseeing facilities management, health & safety, ESG, and our EDI agenda.

Travel
Jess loves to travel and explore new places. During 2020 and 2021, Jess travelled solo around Australia – her favourite time was 9 months camping and living on the west coast beaches, although she would now describe herself as a Sunset Snob.
Roller Skating
Jess loves to roller skate (she is not very graceful however) and has a particular passion for Roller Derby, having even played in the Championships a few years ago.
Hikes
Jess enjoys hiking and being outdoors, especially when she takes the two family dogs (Honey and Lucky) with her.
