Nicola joined Pratap Partnership in September 2023 after spending over 22 years with an international PLC where she specialised in recruiting senior finance professionals for businesses across West & North Yorkshire.

• After graduating from university with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, Nicola spent a year at GE Capital as a Client Support Specialist before joining Hays PLC where her career in recruitment began.  She progressed to Senior Business Director and was the Senior Finance Channel Lead for Yorkshire and North East, responsible for driving the UK strategy across the region.
• Nicola’s finance recruitment experience is vast.  She has successfully recruited positions ranging from Financial Accountant to Finance Director on both a contingency and executive search basis.  She has expertise in interim and permanent appointments and has worked with a range of businesses from SMEs to large corporates. She also has extensive experience of managing key client relationships.
• She was seconded to work onsite at the head office of Santander UK in London for six months due to a major restructure within their finance team. Nicola was responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple senior positions in Treasury Finance, Liquidity Reporting, Statutory and Technical Reporting, and the Corporate Bank.
