Dale is responsible for interim qualified and QBE recruitment across the South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire area. During his career, he has worked with businesses ranging from owner managed SMEs to Global Blue-Chip organisations and focus on building long lasting relationships based on trust and cultural understanding of each individual business.

One of his greatest achievements is successfully managing and delivery of a large-scale shared service centre project for a national construction business, hiring c40 brand new roles within a short timescale.
