We are absolutely delighted to announce the latest arrival to the Pratap Partnership team – Charlotte Morgan-Smith.

Charlotte has over 30 years’ experience of financial recruitment in Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Having worked with Charlotte for many years before, we knew that she would fit well into our team and make a positive impression. We have all been very proud to welcome her back into the team this week. Charlotte commenced her career with Price Waterhouse in London and has 31 years’ recruiting qualified accountants across the East Midlands and more recently Lincolnshire. She has very firmly grown and cemented her career here becoming the only specialist finance recruiter in Lincoln for the last 18 years.
