Nik Pratap has been shortlisted for the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Business Leader of the Year for the forthcoming awards in 2021.

Pratap Partnership was shortlisted for the Recruiter Awards in the Best New Agency category. The REC Awards are the other major annual awards for the UK recruitment industry and it is a very special honour for our Managing Partner to have been shortlisted.

To get to this stage in the process requires nominations from clients and team members and a rigorous assessment of how you have supported & motivated your team, created a competitive edge for your business and exceeded expectations on customer service.

Just to be on the shortlist is a remarkable achievement, especially looking at the calibre of the other candidates on the list. Given the location of the other candidates, we are also pleased to announce the unofficial accolade of “Yorkshire Recruitment Leader of the Year”!
