Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is an important consideration for every people strategy and recruitment process. It is a subject that has developed a louder voice over the past few years and will continue to raise its volume and its reach over the next few years.

As with every subject that has developed rapidly, not everyone has adapted at the same pace and it not reasonable to expect everyone to have done so.

We began our own development plan in October 2021 to research best practice listen to our market and our industry; and to continually improve our ability to meet the main objectives:

  • To make ED&I a comfortable subject for everyone to talk about – to discuss current perspectives comfortably and continually develop an understanding.
  • To bring the right contextual data to our clients to enable realistic planning and long term strategies.
  • To continually develop our recruitment processes to be open and inclusive to everyone, to widen the candidate pool as much as possible ad to appoint the best candidate.

After eighteen months of researching, listening and learning, we are proud to publish our ED&I page on our website. This is an area for us to highlight the insights and advice that we share, to publish interviews with some of the thought leaders on the subject and to work with our network to continually develop all of our understanding of ED&I
