"I had wanted to join Pratap Partnership a lot earlier than I actually did, and I had a period of time to fulfil my contractual obligations before I could join. As frustrating as it was to wait, it was immediately worth it.

Working with a team who share my love of recruitment and my values was the most important thing to me. Everyone supports each other and the culture is very positive.

It has been absolutely amazing to see how far some of my colleagues have progressed since I last worked with them – leading challenging campaigns with some fantastic organisations and having such a strong following of clients and candidates. Our culture of trust, team ethic and the support and leadership from Nik have achieved this and has been really important in helping me to hit the ground running – I have already found a good number of candidates for briefs that are different from my previous experience, including recruiting outside of Accountancy such as General Manager and Purchasing roles!  It has been great to work again with some familiar clients as well as new ones. 

Going down to London and staying at the Grosvenor House Hotel for two days for the Recruiter Awards with the whole team was the highlight for me. It is obviously great to work in a team that can perform well, it is just as good to work with a team who can celebrate together so well!

 Recruitment is tough at the moment. Levels of jobs are outnumbering candidates. I am very pleased to be in a business that enjoys this challenge and is doing so well.  I can see a long and bright future at Pratap Partnership and it is great to be part of the team.”
